Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis & Demyelinating Diseases Center

Our team is committed to advancing care, research and therapies for children affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) and other demyelinating and autoimmune diseases of the central nervous system. The center is recognized as one of only twelve Pediatric MS Centers of Excellence in the United States, designated and funded by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The center is led by a pediatric neurologist and operates with a multidisciplinary approach. Physicians from various specialties at WashU Medicine collaborate to provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services. We work closely with neuroradiologists from the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, as well as experts in pediatric genetics and pediatric urology, to ensure thorough and personalized care for each patient.
